Ripasso

Winemaker’s thinking head full of new ideas, like a complex combination of outstanding aromas. Our Ripasso is produced with the double-fermentation technique, to achieve a fragrant wine with a great concentration in colour and in perfumes.

GRAPE VARIETIES
Corvina 65%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 10%

TASTING NOTES
Its mellow bouquet reminds juicy notes of blackberry jam, mature red fruits, sweet spices and cocoa powder. On the palate, it is mouth-filling with velvety tannins and a long pleasant finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS
It is a perfect match for roasts or meatballs, beef-carpaccio, veggie Burgers or mature cheeses. Serve at 18°C (64°F).
