TASTING NOTES
Dark ruby red, this wine displays deep and gentle fruity notes such as ripe cherries and redcurrants, enriched with spicy hints of vanilla, black pepper and licorice. On the palate, it is rich and delicate at the same time, smooth and balanced with attractive tannins. Its finish is long, fresh without being overly intense.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Its persistent fresh aroma on the finish make it ideal with savory creamy soups, strong flavored meat dishes, mushrooms, truffles or vegetable stews. Serve at 16°C (61°F).
